The Dairy Breakfast will be at the Richland County Fairgrounds on 23630 County Hwy AA – those of you not familiar with the area, watch for the signs in Richland Center.
Cost: $7 for Adults and $3 for kids 10 and under.
Not only can you feed your family for the low price but there are TONS of FREE fun things for the kiddos to do! We’ll have a petting zoo with farm animals including calves, a mini horse, chickens, baby chicks and goats; a FREE bounce house; a sawdust dig for prizes; a playhouse; bubbles; and chalk drawing! That’s this Sunday, June 10 from 7 AM-1 PM.
Antique trucks, tractors, cars and gas engines; sawmill, shredding and threshing demonstrations. Public is invited; free admission. Lunch stand with delicious homemade pies. This is a very unique event with a large variety of vehicles to see. Don’t miss it!

Get your kids charged up about electricity!
The Science Alliance is excited to announce a brand new fun-filled interactive show designed to demonstrate how electricity works! Utilizing fun displays and experiments, our presenters will educate your kids using hands-on interactions featuring the hair-raising Van de Graaf generator and the exciting buzz of the Tesla coil!Volunteers from the audience will use glowing tubes to build a human electric bridge while learning that static electricity is safe! They’ll see flashes of simulated lightning from a Jacob’s ladder and learn how different energies can be transformed into electricity. Conservation of energy and circuits will be discussed and several volunteers will help reveal how electricity flows and how circuits are created and broken. Zap! will illuminate the mysterious world of electricity by igniting YOUR kids’ curiosity!

10:30a-3p Food available at the Kawains Building by the Fair Committee with some of the proceeds to help fund the building/barn repairs. The Kawains will also be giving out free popcorn and the Horse Project will also be selling freezy pops donated by the Kawains Club to help raise money for their Gasser Arena Project.
